1. Idea Management
 💛 Value: Effective Communication
Process Driven: I believe process helps teams collaborate effectively, especially in larger organizations.

Visual Documentation: Sequence diagram is one of my favorite ways to document how data flows. (I truly enjoy making these!) The diagram is clear and logical. It helps the team clarify the details and have everyone on the same page.
(I wrote an article about how I leveraged this tool: Sequence Diagram: Tools and Tips for Effective Visual Documentation)

2. Roadmap / Prioritization
 💛 Value: Transparency
Building a product roadmap and prioritizing tasks are the two crucial skills in product strategy. With a clear objective, I break down initiatives into smaller tasks for prioritization. I coordinate products across multiple functions, including data, engineering, design, and stakeholders.

3. Specification
 💛 Value: Clear & Complete
Specification, Jira ticket, and PRD are the pieces that enable engineers to start developing. I write clear and complete tickets that cover acceptance criteria, user stories, UI, data API, and test cases.

4. Delivery & Marketing
 💛 Value: Empathy
I share release notes with the users for marketing and communication purposes. I also hold workshops and demos to help users solve their pain points.

5. Analytics & Experiments
 💛 Value: Detailed-Oriented
My PM work doesn't end on the release day. I look at product usage with tools, such as Adobe Analysis and Splunk, to understand user behaviors and verify the outcome of experiments. I also write SQL to retrieve data to look at logs or other data for future product planning.
